In this last course, we now understand the ‘salon numbers’ and we know that keeping your stock, wages and break- even in tack makes a real difference to your profit. We know how to motivate and put team targets in place. We have created a new branding within our salon and formulated a bespoke consultation for your salon.
It’s now time to MASTERMIND where we are right now. This will involve a group meeting which will include an open, informal forum where we start to drill down on the final steps.
